Shipping Region

We ship across both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland at the same rates.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under €50 — €6.00 shipping
  • Orders €50 and over — Free shipping

Courier

All orders are shipped using DPD Ireland, providing fast and reliable nationwide delivery.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We operate a next-working-day delivery service where possible.

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • 2:00pm (Monday–Thursday)

How it works:

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm (Mon–Thurs)
    → Dispatched the same day
    → Delivered the next working day
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm (Mon–Thurs)
    → May be dispatched the same day but usually the next working day
    → Delivered the following working day
  • Friday Orders:
    → Processed by DPD on Monday
    → Delivered Tuesday
  • Weekend Orders (Saturday–Sunday):
    → Processed Monday
    → Delivered Tuesday

Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries take place Monday to Friday only
  • No standard weekend (Saturday or Sunday) delivery

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and text message from DPD.

These updates allow you to:

  • Track your parcel in real time
  • Receive delivery time windows
  • Reschedule or redirect your delivery if needed

Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • DPD may attempt delivery again or
  • Provide options to reschedule or redirect your parcel

We will always work with DPD to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
