Refund policy
At Hytropics, we care about your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our drinks. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is any issue, we’re here to help.
Statutory Rights
Under Irish and EU law, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases.
However, this does not apply to perishable or consumable goods, including beverages, where items have been opened or are not suitable for return due to health and safety reasons.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only for items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
To be eligible:
- Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery
- Photographic proof must be provided
- Products must be unopened and in their original condition, unless proven to be defective
How to Report an Issue
To initiate a return, please email info@hytropics.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description
We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Return Process
If a return is approved:
- You may be required to return the items for inspection
- Return instructions will be provided where applicable
Refund Options
Once your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:
- Full refund
- Replacement product
- Store credit
We will also refund the €0.15 per can DRS (Deposit Return Scheme) charge for any returned items.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or partially consumed products (unless defective)
- Return shipping costs are covered by Hytropics only where the item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect
