At Hytropics, we aim to deliver your order quickly, reliably, and in perfect condition.

Shipping Region

We ship across both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland at the same rates.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under €50 — €6.00 shipping
• Orders €50 and over — Free shipping

Courier

All orders are shipped using DPD Ireland, providing fast and reliable nationwide delivery.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We operate a next-working-day delivery service where possible.

Order Cut-Off Time:

• 2:00pm (Monday–Thursday)

How it works:

• Orders placed before 2:00pm (Mon–Thurs)
  → Dispatched the same day
  → Delivered the next working day
• Orders placed after 2:00pm (Mon–Thurs)
  → May be dispatched the same day but usually the next working day
  → Delivered the following working day
• Friday Orders:
  → Processed by DPD on Monday
  → Delivered Tuesday
• Weekend Orders (Saturday–Sunday):
  → Processed Monday
  → Delivered Tuesday

Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries take place Monday to Friday only
• No standard weekend (Saturday or Sunday) delivery

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and text message from DPD.

These updates allow you to:

• Track your parcel in real time
• Receive delivery time windows
• Reschedule or redirect your delivery if needed

Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

• DPD may attempt delivery again or
• Provide options to reschedule or redirect your parcel

Unexpected Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, courier network issues).

We will always work with DPD to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Hytropics, we care about your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our drinks. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is any issue, we’re here to help.

Statutory Rights

Under Irish and EU law, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases.

However, this does not apply to perishable or consumable goods, including beverages, where items have been opened or are not suitable for return due to health and safety reasons.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only for items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

To be eligible:

• Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery
• Photographic proof must be provided
• Products must be unopened and in their original condition, unless proven to be defective

How to Report an Issue

To initiate a return, please email info@hytropics.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description

We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Return Process

If a return is approved:

• You may be required to return the items for inspection
• Return instructions will be provided where applicable

Refund Options

Once your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:

• Full refund
• Replacement product
• Store credit

We will also refund the €0.15 per can DRS (Deposit Return Scheme) charge for any returned items.

Important Notes

• We do not accept returns for:Change of mindOpened or partially consumed products (unless defective)
• Return shipping costs are covered by Hytropics only where the item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect
